The confirmed dates
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show organizer lists October 28 through November 1, 2026, for this year’s event. Its official site provides tickets, show maps and visitor information. Check those pages directly before you finalize your travel schedule.
For charter guests, the show is a chance to explore yachts and marine products while spending time in a major boating destination. A show ticket and a private yacht charter are separate bookings.
Keep the show and charter plans distinct
Decide which days you want to spend at the show before arranging a charter. Then share your preferred date, group size and embarkation needs with the concierge. A boat displayed at the show is not necessarily available for charter, and visiting the show does not reserve a yacht.
The official FAQ says boarding vessels is at the discretion of the exhibitor, manufacturer or broker. If there is a specific boat you want to see, contact the relevant exhibitor rather than assuming access is included with admission.
Give transport and docking some breathing room
A show visit and a charter can make a memorable South Florida trip, but do not build the plan around an unconfirmed pickup at a show venue. Confirm the yacht’s dock, meeting instructions and timing before arranging transfers.
Discuss restaurant reservations and any event-related dock access separately. Your charter itinerary should leave room for the actual embarkation and return process, as well as conditions on the water.
Use primary sources for updates
The organizer’s website is the best starting point for current hours, maps, ticket options and changes to visitor information. This article is a planning guide, not a claim that Experience Yachts has an exhibitor affiliation or special show access.
If your visit inspires a future charter, tell us the yacht features you liked: deck space, dining layout, guest accommodations or water access. Those details help us recommend a suitable charter boat.
