‍Non-Refundable Yacht Charters: Yacht charters are non-refundable. This includes situations like random acts of god, virus outbreaks, and hurricanes. Regardless of external circumstances, the non-refundable nature of yacht charters remains in effect.

Weather-Related Cancellation Credit: In the event of weather-related cancellations, a credit will be provided for up to one year (365 days) from the originally contracted charter date. This credit is subject to availability and excludes holidays. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling, but availability may vary based on factors beyond our control.

‍Credit Card and Cardholder Presence: For verification purposes, the credit cardholder and the corresponding credit card must be present on the day of the charter. In situations where the cardholder cannot be present due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us in advance to discuss alternative verification methods.

‍Prohibition of Chargebacks: Initiation of a chargeback against the payment method on file is strictly prohibited. However, we encourage open communication in the case of any concerns or disputes. If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us directly to address the issue rather than pursuing a chargeback.

‍Credit Card Disputes and Nullification of Credit: If you choose to file a credit card dispute for any charge related to the charter, any provided credit becomes null and void. We urge you to engage in direct communication with us to address any issues before resorting to a credit card dispute.

‍Dispute Resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes, we are committed to resolving them in a fair and transparent manner. Please contact a yacht charter specialist to discuss any issues you may encounter.

‍Unforeseen Situations: While we have outlined specific scenarios, such as weather-related cancellations, we understand that unforeseen situations can arise. We handle such cases on a case-by-case basis and work towards a reasonable resolution that aligns with the best interests of both parties.

‍Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations: These terms and conditions are subject to compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
